When will I do it ?
With uptake from a minimum of 5 people there would be a one hour session once a week and from that exercises should be repeated at home twice a week.
You are also encouraged to walk twice a week for up to 30 minutes and this can be achieved in 5-10 minute ‘activity snacks’ if desired.
A personal one-to-one session in your own home can also be arranged.
